Focusing on strategic and system planning, strategy formulation and change management, Linda’s emphasis on relationship building and collaboration has enabled many inter professional groups and stakeholders to envision their preferred future and then develop the strategies. Linda uses a number of methodologies and tools to assist with the planning processes including environmental scanning, CQI, the balanced scorecard and service blue printing.  Her ability to meet her clients from where they sit coupled with enthusiasm and optimism has made many a product development successful.
